Interesting video.  It's always cool to get to peep behind the curtain of someone's creative process.  I think it's great when doing something like watching Belly with the sound off can then be propelled into making a song with the idea growing from that point into something bigger. 

I think a lot of people who are striving to be creative stay trapped in their own head so much that they aren't looking at what is going on around them, or paying attention to what they read, or conversations they're having, etc. and they're like oh I have a creative block.  There's always something that "if you let it" can inspire you.

I am a religious studies/sociology major here at Marshall University and I like to get inspired by the religious, philosophical, and sociological readings that I do for my classes.  I then usually take what the author is dropping gems on and flip it to where I critique it in my rhymes or put my own views in with theirs and try to make it into a flow.
